Privacy notice
Effective August 11, 2026
What is collected
The project application collects your name, email, company or business name, current website URL if provided, and the project details you choose to send. The project space stores conversation messages, status, payment-link metadata, and technical session data needed to keep the conversation available.
Why it is used
This information is used only to review your inquiry, reply to you, discuss a possible project, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Hosting, storage, and access cookies
The website and project space run on a managed virtual private server. Inquiry and conversation data is stored in a private SQLite database with restricted server access and backups. A secure, HTTP-only browser cookie keeps your project space signed in for up to 180 days. A separate access code lets you return from another browser. The server stores hashes of session tokens and access codes, not their readable values.
Email notifications
If email notifications are enabled, essential inquiry notices may be processed by the configured transactional email provider. Project history remains available in the project space; marketing email is not added by submitting the form.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, possible project work, fraud prevention, and applicable record-keeping duties. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing artem@onesmartpage.com.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the form or messenger.
Payment
A payment link appears only after project scope is confirmed. Card and checkout data are handled by the payment provider and are not entered into or stored by this project space.
